NEWBOOKS Solutions offers the eProcurement system "eProc Premium" to corporate booksellers and library suppliers to serve customers needs, e.g. corporate clients, libraries and public institutions.
The platform forms the basis for a highly flexible and customizable electronic procurement process. Based on cutting edge technology, it fulfills all requirements for modern, responsive web applications and enables cross-media, advanced search, including the NEWBOOKS Catalogues for books, journals and online databases.
Due to the modular structure, the system can be completely tailored to the specific requirements of clients. The basic system meets all the standard requirements for a modern web-based ePprocurement system. In addition, eProc Premium can be customized:
- The range of features is determined together with the bookseller. This includes ERP connectivity, the integration of licensed bibliographic databases (Ingram, Nielsen, Gardners, NEWBOOKS Catalogues) and the layout of the system in the booksellers' corporate design.
- Numerous configuration options enable optimal adaptation to specific customer requirements. For example, you can create and manage your own user groups, configure the parameters for your shopping cart and / or define user-specific displays.
Other customer systems and the integration of larger business marketplaces can also be connected via interfaces. License management for online databases and a metasearch in databases is also available.
