The corporate customer service of Dussmann das KulturKaufhaus uses the NEWBOOKS new title alerts system to generate automated order proposals for its own b2b business in order to automatically inform customers profile-based about new and forthcoming publications.
Academic and specialist publications are being presented in Dussmann's corporate design and are made available via a front end integrated into Dussmann's own web shop. Orders are automatically transferred to the shopping cart of the web shop.
